Contracts:
1x Full-Time, Fixed-Term position. 80.0 hours per fortnight with Accrued Days Off (ADO) to 28.08.2026
1x Part-Time, Parental Leave contract. 40.0 hours per fortnight to 28.09.2026

The position:
In this role you will deliver quality nursing care to a broad range of clients across a variety of funding streams including Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) nursing services, wound care, and palliative care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, care planning and care coordination and providing appropriate BRHS and Community service referrals. A key requirement of this position is to be available to undertake a variety of shifts across 7 days of the week, as well as availability to participate in an after-hours on call roster.
