Whether you're an early career nurse or an experienced clinician, this is your opportunity to join our welcoming Flanagan Ward team. With multiple full time and part time positions available, you'll gain experience across acute, rehabilitation/GEM, palliative care and transit lounge services while working alongside a welcoming and supportive team.
The Contract: Multiple ongoing positions | Full Time and Part Time.

The Position:
Flanagan Ward is a 28-bed Acute, Subacute Rehabilitation/GEM, Palliative Care ward, supported by a 6-chair Transit Lounge. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, patient-centred care across acute, subacute, palliative and transit lounge services. You will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their admission, including clinical assessment, care planning, rehabilitation, discharge planning and patient flow, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
