The Team & Role The Registered Nurse (RN) is a valued and integral member of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and their families across the organisation. The role of the RN within the Emergency Department is to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document comprehensive nursing care in accordance with evidence based best practice standards and Peninsula Health Values.
