We are currently accepting applications for a Registered Nurse to join the nursing team at Daylesford Aged Care on a permanent basis.
Role Statement
The Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team who works to achieve a high standard of evidence-based nursing care to the consumer and significant others for positive treatment outcomes.
You will undertake and contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and care planning for consumers, with assumed accountability and responsibility for his/her/their own practice based upon his/her/their level of educational preparation and competence.
Details of Appointment:
Permanent part-time and full-time opportunities available, 7 day rotating roster
Permanent night shifts also considered
Salary:
Dependent on experience as per award + superannuation

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
