At South West Healthcare (SWH), our 22-bed Acute Care Unit provides specialised care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs. As the primary referral unit for patients transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), we play a critical role in supporting recovery and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, our Registered Nurses provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Registered Nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, and are eager to further develop their clinical skills and knowledge.
