At South West Healthcare (SWH), our 22-bed Acute Care Unit plays a vital role in supporting patients with complex surgical and medical needs. As the primary referral unit for patients transitioning from ICU, our team of skilled Registered Nurses works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for patients and their families.
We're seeking dedicated professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to continuous learning and excellence in patient outcomes.
