Role description
Inglewood Health are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients, clients, and residents, as well as their families and support networks, within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will work within their professional scope of practice, demonstrating strong skills in assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, all while prioritizing person-centred care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will practice both independently and collaboratively, maintaining full accountability and responsibility for your own clinical decisions and for appropriately delegating tasks to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers. Delegation will be based on the qualifications, training, and clinical context of the care team.
