Why Join RMH?
About the role
Join the Neurosurgery team on Ward 4 South West (4SW), a 32-bed surgical unit including a 13-bed High Dependency Unit (HDU), caring for patients undergoing elective and emergency neurosurgery and neurotrauma treatment.
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care to patients with complex cranial and spinal conditions. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll apply critical thinking and clinical judgement to support excellent patient outcomes while building advanced surgical nursing skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic nurse looking to develop expertise in high-acuity surgical care. With the opportunity to work within the HDU in a supportive environment, you'll be supported by experienced clinicians and a dedicated education team to expand your knowledge, confidence and career opportunities.
