About the Role
A permanent development opportunity for an Administrator currently exists with CFA, based in Geelong North.
This integral role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the office of the Deputy Chief Officer and provides administrative and project support to the Regional Leadership Team and the Regional Business Manager. Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders you will provide a customer-focused management support service with responsibility for:
About You
To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate high level administration, organisational and coordination skills with a sound understanding of various IT systems. You will display excellent attention to detail, initiative, advanced interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise at all levels. Important to this role is your ability to prioritize issues and maintain an awareness of potential risks impacting the region from a support level.
A Certificate III in Business Administration is not a pre-requisite, however, will be highly regarded.
A full driver's license is essential to this role, as some ad hoc travel across the Southwest region may be required at times. A CFA vehicle is available for work related travel.
