Regional Partnership Coordinator
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, Loddon Mallee, the Regional Partnership Coordinator supports the Loddon Campaspe and Mallee Regional Partnerships to deliver better outcomes for the region's economy, communities and environment. Working closely with the Loddon Mallee Leadership team, you will coordinate Regional Partnership meetings and work programs, lead strategic economic initiatives, contribute to program delivery, and prepare high-quality advice, briefings and submissions to support informed decision-making. This role is suited to a highly organised and collaborative professional with strong governance, stakeholder engagement and communication skills who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects in a flexible team environment.
Main Accountabilities
The Team
The position of Regional Partnership Coordinator forms a part of the Loddon Mallee Branch within the Regional Development Victoria Group.
Regional Development Victoria works with businesses, communities and government to drive economic growth, create jobs, build resilience and support economic recovery across regional Victoria. The team builds strong partnerships, activates networks and delivers initiatives that strengthen local economies while ensuring regional perspectives inform government decision-making.
About You
You will bring proven experience building and maintaining productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and identifying opportunities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Your understanding of business and community engagement, particularly within rural and regional Victoria, will enable you to foster strong partnerships. You will also demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise and audience-focused briefs, reports and presentations while confidently communicating complex information.
