About the role
As Regional Manager, you will lead Victoria Legal Aid's Mildura office on Latji Latji country and play a key role in improving access to justice across the Mallee region. You will lead a growing diverse team of lawyers and support staff and ensure high-quality legal services are delivered across VLA practice areas.
This role combines people leadership, legal expertise and strong community engagement. You will create a positive and inclusive workplace, support staff wellbeing and development, and lead the office through growth and change. You will also contribute directly to legal practice by providing supervision and, where appropriate, appearing in court.
This is more than an operational management role. It is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a regional community where access to legal support is critical.
This role is based at our Mildura office on Latji Latji Country.
