About the role
As Regional General Manager, Community Correctional Services (South Metro), you will lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Community Correctional Services sites, ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery that supports community safety and reduces reoffending. Working as a member of the region's executive team, you will provide strategic leadership across court, parole, post-sentence and community work streams, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and foster a culture of integrity, inclusion and high performance.
