About the Role
The Regional Business Manager is responsible for the provision of all business management functions (including coordination of embedded services) across the West Region and associated district offices, providing advice and direction to field-based stakeholders on key business management matters. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Officer, this parental leave vacancy offers you the opportunity to be a key member of the leadership team, combining strategic level understanding and involvement in business planning, resource allocation (people, infrastructure, and finances) with effective day to day service delivery to all stakeholders.
About You
You will be an experienced senior business manager with demonstrable experience in setting strategy and objectives for your team; able to prepare and manage business plans, systems, processes, and assurance initiatives. You will be a strong relationship builder who models the organisational values and behaviours and develops capability within the team that fosters trust from stakeholders and meets current and future business needs. This is a fixed term contract commencing 22.12.2025 through to 27.12.2026.
You must be prepared for remote work, overnight stays, and after-hours work at times. A full driver's licence is required; a vehicle will be supplied for use by the successful applicant.
