About the Team:
The Recruitment Services branch within People, Safety and Culture provides expert advice and support to the department on all recruitment related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices. Working within the department's vision for a justice and community safety system that works together to build a safer, fairer and stronger Victoria, Recruitment Services delivers consultative, progressive, innovative, fair and ethical recruitment solutions.
The Recruitment Operations Team are responsible for provision of accurate and efficient recruitment administration, authoritative advice, and customer service activities in a fast-paced, high output environment.
Reporting to the Assisant Manager Recruitment Operations and Projects, the Recruitment Operations Supervisor supports and leads the day-to-day operations of the team, as well as providing administrative, policy, process and customer service support to management, hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders on a wide range of recruitment related matters.
