The Recruitment Officer is responsible for delivering service excellence and building a high performing culture in the provision of high quality, customer-centric and responsive recruitment and employment services to the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA).
Providing high quality, customer-centric recruitment and employment services, our Recruitment Officers support the successful delivery of government and community priorities. They work with a range of partners to ensure the integrated and seamless delivery of recruitment and employment services to DEECA.
The Recruitment Officer is a member of the Recruitment team in the People and Culture Division, contributing to the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focused, collaborative, professional and engaged.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 6 months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
