The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
About the role
The Recruitment Adviser will work with stakeholders across departments and portfolio agencies, facilitating end to end recruitment, selection processes including contract generation and onboarding.
Experience in managing recruitment for multiple portfolios, excellent customer service and relationship building skills, and strong written communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
While the role is heavily transactional, you will be expected to use high levels of initiative and experience in high pressure, deadline driven environments where you are able to deliver quality outcomes.
About you
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (RCM and EC Onboarding Modules) would be highly desirable.
