Records & SharePoint Officer
The Role
The Records and SharePoint Officer will support the CarbonNet Project's transition from Content Manager to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity, automation of processes, and alignment with departmental records and governance policies. This role requires strong technical expertise in SharePoint site administration and fluent with Power Automate.

The position of Records and SharePoint Officer forms a part of the Industry Trade and Investment group in the CarbonNet branch.
The Industry, Trade and Investment (ITI) Group works closely with businesses locally and globally to grow Victorian jobs, drive innovation and increase Victoria's international competitiveness. ITI champions Victoria as a destination of choice for trade and international investment, international education and innovation. ITI harnesses specialist knowledge of key industries and global markets to develop Victoria's priority sectors, boost trade activities, enhance productivity and contribute to economic growth.
The CarbonNet Project is a cutting-edge first-of-a-kind project, investigating the potential for establishing a large-scale, carbon capture and storage (CCS) network in Victoria's Gippsland region.
