About the Division
The Assurance, Knowledge and Executive Services Division (AKESD) with in the Department of Education provides expert advice and support to the department through a range of portfolio, advisory and assurance services, including:
The Knowledge Privacy and Records Branch within AKESD is responsible for leading the department's management of corporate knowledge, privacy, intellectual property, and records. This accountability includes leading and supporting departmental compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
About the Role
The Records Management Adviser - Records Access Team is a subject matter expert in public records. This role contributes to providing efficient and appropriate access to the Department's extensive archived records collection to members of the general public as well as DE corporate and school staff, and provides timely and authoritative records management advice.
