About the role
The Records & Information Governance Manager provides strategic leadership and expert advice to strengthen organisational records and information governance. They lead initiatives to improve information maturity, modernise services and support digital transformation. The role develops and enhances governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, and promotes best practice through collaboration and a culture valuing information as a strategic asset.
The role provides expert advice on records and information governance to support decision-making, risk management and alignment with organisational priorities. It leads development and improvement of governance frameworks, delivers initiatives supporting digital transformation, manages information risks, and engages stakeholders. It also promotes strong recordkeeping culture and supports staff capability through guidance and leadership.
