About the Role
We are excited to offer a highly flexible opportunity to join CFA in a Reception/Administration role, with options for part time, full time or job share arrangements.
Reporting to the District Business Manager, this role is a valued part of the District Support Team, primarily based at our Casterton office, with the flexibility to also work from our Heywood office.
As the welcoming face and first point of contact for our volunteer members and stakeholders, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the district office. This varied position will see you support reception and visitor engagement, coordinate phone and email enquiries, support accounts and purchase order processing and stores administration.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who values flexibility, enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering reliable and responsive support to a diverse and dynamic group.
About You
You will be motivated and professional with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering high quality administrative support. With proven experience in administration, you are confident using the MS Office suite, and are known for your strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities with ease. You are numerically minded, with the ability to work accurately with financial information and data.
Experience within the public sector and familiarity with SAP finance systems will be highly regarded, further enhancing your ability to contribute value in this dynamic and community-focused environment.
Please note, a full driver's license is required. You may also be required for after-hours work at times.
