About the role
The Ranger Team Leader (Robinvale) is responsible for leading and supervising a team of rangers to deliver safe, effective on‑ground land and asset management outcomes. The role provides strong field leadership, ensures compliance with safety and organisational requirements, and supports staff capability, performance, and wellbeing.
