About the role
As a Ranger based out of our Rosebud depot, you will be responsible for the on-ground management of in-park services including pest plant and animal management, and maintenance of built assets. You will undertake activities requiring a level of environmental and service expertise, and weekend work is also required.
You will demonstrate a strong personal work ethic and actively participate in a team environment, ensuring that the overall success of the team is considered to be an outcome of individual success. You will be adaptable and flexible to on-the-ground service requirements in order to ensure superior park management services are achieved at all times.
A key focus of the role is to manage the Ramsar portfolio for North Western Port Nature Conservation Reserve, which is one of Northern Peninsula's most valuable assets.
