The Victorian Government is establishing 50 government-owned and operated early learning centres by 2032 as part of the Best Start, Best Life reforms. The centres offer childcare, Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten and Pre-Prep. About the role
Early Learning Victoria recognises the significant role our workforce plays in bringing our purpose to life and we are committed to supporting and growing our early learning workforce to reach their full potential. The Quality and Learning Advisor is responsible for coordinating Early Learning Victoria's provision of professional learning and development for ELV staff.
The role will manage the implementation and evaluation of the organisational professional learning program, that enhances the capabilities, performance and engagement of staff across the organisation, supporting the effective provision of ELV's early learning centres. The role will ensure learning is aligned ELV's philosophy and key organisational priority areas. The role will also be responsible for the planning and scheduling of mandatory and responsive training and development, including induction activities.
