The Opportunity:
The Purchasing Department oversees procurement, fleet and asset management activities that support the Institute’s daily operations, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Purchasing and Fleet Officer coordinates fleet administration and supports purchasing operations, including vehicle acquisition, leasing and insurance processes through Vicfleet, purchase order support and internal store functions. The role also provides responsive customer service for fleet and purchasing enquiries and assists with courier coverage when required.
We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented professional with strong fleet or procurement administration experience, excellent system capability and the ability to maintain accuracy and compliance.
