The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action is seeking a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Officer to support purchasing, accounts payable and operational administration activities within the Commercial, Logistics and Resources Branch.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-driven team that plays a critical role in supporting Forest Fire Management Victoria and broader emergency management operations across Victoria. Your work will help ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time, purchasing processes run efficiently, and critical assets and resources remain ready to support operational requirements.
About the role
As the Purchasing and Accounts Payable Officer, you will undertake a range of purchasing, invoice processing and financial administration activities to support branch operations.
