About the role:
Are you an experienced Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years' experience in acute mental health settings and a passion for education, supervision and workforce development?
Western Health is seeking an exceptional clinician and educator to join our Psychology Education Team. Working alongside the Principal Psychology Educator and Director of Psychology, you'll play a key role in developing, mentoring and supporting psychologists across one of Victoria's fastest-growing health services, in one of Australia's most culturally diverse and rapidly growing regions. Our psychologists work in perinatal, paediatric, general health, mental health, drug health, rehabilitation and community health services, supporting our community across the lifespan.
Key responsibilities:
In this role, you will help shape the future psychology workforce through leadership of professional development activities, psychology registrar programs, postgraduate student placements, supervision initiatives and broader workforce education projects. You will also collaborate with psychology leaders and interdisciplinary colleagues to strengthen learning, research and clinical excellence across Western Health.
