Selection Criteria
SC 1 Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of student wellbeing interventions, programs and policies that address the social, emotional and
educational needs of students in a supported inclusion setting.
SC 2 Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and network with the wide range of people within the education and wider community.
SC 3 Demonstrated ability to provide information, advice and support to teachers and families responsible for the management of students experiencing wellbeing issues that are impacting on their learning outcomes.
SC 4 Knowledge of a range of assessments, capacity to undertake these and provide feedback to teachers, identifying barriers to learning and recommendations to improve
learning outcomes.
Please note: this is advertised as a full time position but the school is prepared to negotiate a time fraction of no less than 0.6 for a suitable candidate.

Location Profile - Located on Wurundjeri land, Binap Primary School is a new school in Melbourne's western growth corridor. The school opened in January 2024 and is in the suburb of Brookfield which is within the City of Melton.
Binap Primary School is within 30 minutes' drive of Bacchus Marsh, Sunbury and Melbourne's western suburbs.
Our current enrolment is 430 students.
We are a Supported Inclusion School (SIS), which is a mainstream school with additional professional capabilities and facilities designed to cater for a higher than usual proportion of students with disability.
