THE ROLE
The Property Services Coordinator is responsible for identifying, planning, and project managing maintenance and allocated upgrades to properties in the SDA portfolio. Reporting to the Property Services Team Leader, this position will assess requests for maintenance, modifications and upgrades and with the Project Officer in the team, and coordinate requests that require specific management outside of the Homes Victoria head contracting arrangement. This role will be required to work closely with other teams within Disability Homes Victoria and SIL partners, residents and their families.
