Property Manager, Strategy and Systems
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Agencies and Infrastructure, the Property Manager, Strategy and Systems is responsible for the effective management of the Creative Victoria's operational property portfolio, including management of properties leased to and from the organisation, ensuring optimal use of properties, supporting tenants, and compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
The role also includes strategic planning for the property portfolio to ensure long-term sustainability, alignment with organisational priorities, and responsiveness to evolving community and operational needs.
You will also work with Creative Victoria's First Peoples team to support self-determined engagement and help embed First Peoples perspectives in the work of Creative Victoria.

The Team
The position of Property Manager, Strategy and Systems forms a part of the Policy and Delivery branch within the Creative Victoria group.
Creative Victoria is the state government body dedicated to championing, growing and supporting Victoria's creative industries, and the benefits they bring to Victorians. We invest in the ideas, talent, organisations, events and projects that make Victoria a creative state.
About You
You will have the ability to adapt to systems and processes quickly, with changing priorities and situations. You will use your collaborative skills to identify and overcome barries of knowledge sharing while also identifying opportunities to work with other teams collaboratively. Use your strategic planning to utilise the whole system undertaking internal and external scanning, considering the wide-ranging possibilities for future objectives of the branch.
