The Role
The Property Manager, Creative Portfolio Strategy and Systems is responsible for the effective management of Creative Victoria's operational property portfolio, including the oversight of properties leased to and from the organisation. The role ensures optimal use of property assets, supports tenant relationships and ensures compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
You will contribute to the strategic planning of Creative Victoria's land and building assets by developing a forward-looking property strategy that aligns with organisational priorities and responds to evolving community and operational needs. The role also leads improvements to property, asset and financial reporting systems to strengthen data quality and enable evidence-based decision making.
Working closely with tenants, internal teams and external stakeholders, you will resolve property matters, support collaboration across the portfolio and prepare high-quality reports and briefings for executives and Ministers. The role also works with Creative Victoria's First Peoples team to support self-determined engagement and embed First Peoples perspectives across Creative Victoria's work.

The Team
The position of Property Manager, Creative Portfolio Strategy and Systems forms part of the Policy and Delivery Branch within the Creative Victoria Group.
The Policy and Delivery Branch brings together Creative Victoria's programs and investment supporting artists, creative workers, organisations and businesses, while managing the delivery of world-class creative infrastructure. The branch also leads policy development and coordination across government and industry and supports the development of Victoria's creative industries strategy.
