About the role:
As a Project Support Officer, you will provide essential support to a project team delivering major capital works - ranging from $2M to $50M and spanning multiple years. These projects enhance the visitor experience, protect our natural landscapes, and strengthen Victoria's parks and reserves.
You will be the go-to person for coordination, administration, and financial management across multiple projects. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and procurement staff, you'll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the Parks Victoria P3M delivery framework.

About Us
The Infrastructure and Assets branch is Parks Victoria's centre of expertise in the construction, management and maintenance of more than 78,000 assets and other visitor infrastructure in parks, reserves and designated local ports and waterways, ensuring they are open, safe and clean for people to enjoy the outdoors. The directorate is responsible for organisational strategy, planning, investment cases, scheduling, and performance monitoring and reporting for park asset and infrastructure management programs and capital project delivery.
