About the role
The Project Delivery Support Officer provides project coordination, stakeholder engagement and administrative support to the Barwon Women’s & Children’s (BWC) Project team during the construction completion, commissioning, defect management and handover phases of the project.
Working under the direction of the BWC Project Lead, the role acts as a key interface between clinical services, operational stakeholders, the project team, contractors, consultants and the Operational Commissioning Team. The position supports project delivery through coordination of stakeholder engagement activities, project communications, risk and issue tracking, defect management processes, project reporting, furniture, fittings and equipment (FFE) activities and commissioning support functions.
The role contributes to the successful delivery of project outcomes by ensuring stakeholder requirements, project risks, defects, actions and dependencies are effectively communicated, monitored and coordinated throughout the final stages of project delivery and transition.
