About the role
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager — Gambling Harm Prevention & Response, but working across the Gambling Harm Evidence & Response branch, the Project Support Officer provides administrative, coordination and project support to enable the effective delivery of the branch's work program. The role supports governance activities for committees and advisory bodies associated with the model, including coordinating meetings and preparing minutes, while also managing reporting, briefs, records and other documentation to support project delivery.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Office of the Executive Director, the role assists with branch reporting and response requests, contributes to the development and implementation of administrative processes, maintains strong collaborative relationships across the branch and business unit, and undertakes other duties as directed by the branch leadership team.

To be successful in this role, you will have: experience in project management, administration and coordination of business processes.
Understanding of DJCS policies, procedures and systems is desirable.
