Supreme Court of Victoria
The Supreme Court of Victoria (Court) is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal, the Trial Division and the Costs Court. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Supreme Court Operations & Prothonotary, this role will provide administrative and project support to a range of projects within the Court in particular, a review currently underway of the workload of the civil Trial Divisions. The successful applicant will support the effective operation of judicial and executive working groups and liaise with external consultants. Amongst other tasks, this will involve coordinating meetings, managing project documentation, gathering, and analysing information and providing policy and administrative support.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to regularly review priorities, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. A knowledge of the operations of the civil Trial Divisions of the Court and the functions of its Registry is highly desirable. The role also requires you to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible in your approach to your work.
