- Providing flexible and responsive support to meet the changing needs of the program.
As a Project Support Officer, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and project support across diverse teams within NELP. You’ll be the go-to person for coordination, organisation and communication — helping our teams and Alliance partners operate smoothly and efficiently.
Every day will be different: from managing the Package Director’s diaries, preparing reports, and organising meetings, to maintaining records and assisting with financial and procurement processes. Your skills and experience include:
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative or project support in a busy environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous and collaborative approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using systems for record and document management.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset — comfortable working with multiple teams and shifting priorities.
- (Desirable) Relevant qualifications or ongoing study in Business, Administration, or Project Management - Desirable
