This is a key position in the dynamic and challenging area relating to the management of Victoria’s regional and rural water infrastructure projects. The Project Officer will provide input to policy development, stakeholder management and project support related to the project governance and oversight of the rural water infrastructure projects.
The Project Officer will play a key role in project governance processes and will work closely with Victoria’s water corporations in the delivery of projects, other sections of the Water and Catchments Group, other Divisions of DEECA, and other Government departments.
The role is suited to a highly motivated individual who is outcomes driven and able to form and maintain collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2028. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson St, East Melbourne 3002, with hybrid work arrangements available.
