The Project Officer, Rehabilitation Programs supports the planning and delivery of mine rehabilitation projects across Victoria by coordinating day-to-day project activities. The Project Officer supports procurement processes, including preparing documentation and administering contracts, and assists with monitoring project schedules, budgets and risks. Preparing routine reports, maintaining accurate records and supporting stakeholder engagement and contractor management, the Project Officer contributes to deliver rehabilitation works that transform former mine and quarry sites into safe, stable and sustainable environments.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
There are two fixed term positions available until 30 June 2027. The work location for one position is Bendigo and for the other position is Melbourne CBD, with hybrid work arrangements available for both.
