About the Division
The Regional Division operates seven regional centres (Bairnsdale, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Mildura, Moe, and Shepparton) to lead localised engagement across government, Catholic and independent schools, deliver professional learning, generate pathways for teachers and school leaders, and promote the teaching profession. It includes a local team in each location who knows the local government, Catholic and independent schools and facilitates their engagement in professional learning and pathways, and who help contribute to engagement with the public. Regional centres have a strong presence in each location, and are available for hiring by schools, community, and commercial organisations.

4 x VPS4 Fixed-Term positions 1.0 FTE
The location is across Bendigo, Mildura Centres, Moe and Bairnsdale.
The Project Officer supports the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership's Regional Division to deliver high-quality programs and pathways for teachers and school leaders across government, Catholic and independent school systems. Working as part of a statewide team across seven regional locations, this role plans, coordinates and delivers high-quality professional learning at the Academy's Regional Centres. A focus of the role is ensuring all work is scoped, planned and delivered to the highest standard and meeting quality, timeframe and budget requirements. The Project Officer will contribute to evaluation, data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
