About the role:
The Project Officer is situated within the CEO Office in Safer Care Victoria and reports to the Principal Adviser for day-to-day task management, operational guidance, performance development and strategic direction.
The role is responsible for coordinating and supporting a broad range of corporate, governance and business processes, and providing high-quality administrative support and workflow coordination on behalf of the CEO Office and the organisation.
Key responsibilities include supporting committees, meetings and events through the preparation of agendas, minutes, action registers and other governance documentation, and managing the flow, quality assurance and timeliness of ministerial and executive briefings, correspondence, Cabinet-related documentation and other critical business materials for the CEO Office.
The role also contributes to business improvement initiatives, supports organisational reporting and works collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the effective coordination of priorities, projects and emerging issues.

About you:
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant government processes and systems including expertise in the use of Microsoft office and other systems such as Brief Connect is desirable.
