Are you:

• Well organised: experienced in project and administrative work an able to plan and prioritise work to ensure outcomes are achieved?
• A good communicator: who produces concise, easy to read, letters, briefs and reports attending to the detail both in content and the application of the organisation style guide.
This role will be responsible for assisting and supporting the delivery of projects that will uplift the maturity of asset management practices of the Department and Health Services. Attention to detail and teamwork underpins success in this role as well as demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively. The role provides wide-ranging administrative, secretariat, and support functions. Project support activities include project, contract and procurement administration tasks, communications and stakeholder liaison and data processing, analysis and reporting.
This position will work closely with and collaborate with project teams, consultants and Health Services to assist in systematically analysing the accuracy of collected data and the suitability of project deliverables.
