An exciting opportunity exists to join Water and Catchments Group as a Project Officer, Cabinet and Secretarial Services. Water and Catchments Group (WCG) is responsible for effectively managing Victoria’s water resources to meet future urban, rural and environmental needs and works in partnership with water corporations, catchment management authorities, Traditional Owners, and the broader community.
We're looking for someone highly organised with strong stakeholder management and communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The role is an ongoing position based at 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements available.
About the role:
The Project Officer, Cabinet and Secretarial Services, is part of a small team providing assistance across the Water and Catchments Group (WCG). The role is responsible for coordinating accurate and timely briefings, correspondence, parliamentary business and Cabinet related documents for the Water portfolio and ensuring that official written ministerial communication contains the necessary information to achieve its purpose, while being accurate and concise.
