About the Division
Assessment Division is responsible for the end-to-end development, delivery, and reporting of F-10, VCE examinations, GAT and NAPLAN tests. This includes the full assessment lifecycle: development of frameworks and blueprints, panel appointments, content development, editorial and design services, logistics, administration, marking, data processing, and reporting of outcomes.

The School and Student Services Unit is responsible for delivering all school and student facing support functions including Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) support, VCE and VPC certification and the VCE special provision policy and procedures which includes:
Role Purpose
As a Project Officer, you will assist with implementing and reviewing a range of processes that enable the delivery of the VCAA's Special Provision program, including Special Examination Arrangements applications, Derived Examination Score applications and General Achievement Test exemptions.
You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to support the efficient, timely, and policy-compliant delivery of these services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
