THE ROLE
The Project Officer supports the delivery of the Residential Tenancy Act Compliance Program by managing engagement and coordination activities for properties that are difficult to access. The role is responsible for direct engagement with renters, triaging, and prioritising non-compliant properties, preparing, reviewing, and lodging documentation with VCAT, monitoring case progress, and progressing compliance activities in line with established processes. The Project Officer works to facilitate access outcomes and escalate complex matters in accordance with defined escalation pathways.
