Join the Conservation Regulator and help build the capability that protects Victoria's environment.
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and organised Project Officer to join the Regulatory Capability Unit within DEECA's Conservation Regulator. In this role, you will support the delivery of learning and development programs that enhance the capability of our internal and external cohort of Authorised Officers as well as other Conservation Regulator staff. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will help coordinate training activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, manage program administration, and contribute to projects that strengthen the regulatory capability and operational effectiveness of staff across the Conservation Regulator and Parks Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and development and enjoys helping others succeed. You will play an important role in developing a skilled, capable and professional regulatory workforce that supports the protection of Victoria's biodiversity, public land and natural environment.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2027. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
