THE ROLE
The Project Officer plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation and administrative management of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Branch within Corporate & Delivery Services, DFFH. Reporting to Manager, TMO, the role involves coordinating key branch activities, including managing OurBriefings and BriefConnect requests, overseeing the Chief Information Officer's calendar and email, and delivering general office support. With a focus on organisation and attention to detail, the Project Officer supports the smooth running of branch operations.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. It offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic outcomes by supporting the branch's operations and ensuring seamless administration.
