THE ROLE
The Project Officer, Evidence Strategy, provides project coordination, data management and sector liaison support functions to assist with delivering innovative Family Services evidence initiatives including coordinating use and access to a Learning Management System (LMS). This role also provides project-based support to meet the broader work unit's priorities as needed.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and operational delivery of initiatives that build workforce capability including coordinating and monitoring sector wide skill building activities, and assisting in project delivery, procurement and contract management activities and requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Support the project management and reporting for implementation and scaling of the evidence components of the Family Services Practice Modeuls and other evidence-informed Family Services models across provider agencies in Victoria within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
- Maintain local monitoring and evaluation systems that capture indicators of implementation and effectiveness, and support Early Intervention and Investment Framework reporting requirements and building evaluation evidence.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of capacity-building activities through a Learning Management System.
