THE ROLE
The Victorian Housing Register Operations team (VHR team) oversees operational activities for the management of VHR and provides support enabling Participating Registered Agencies, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), Designated Service Providers and departmental staff to perform core activities in the VHR while meeting regulatory and statutory obligations on behalf of clients seeking long term social housing. These activities include maintaining Housing Integrated Information Program (HiiP) VHR IT platforms, registering, onboarding and auditing participating organisations and their users, maintainenance of the eLearning Management System and eLearning modules for Participating Registered Agencies, providing training, coaching and expert advice through the policy helpdesk on VHR operational guidelines, systems and practice support including designing and developing targeted content and presentations for diverse sector audiences and internal program areas on VHR operational matters.
The Project Officer role undertakes critical ICT related tasks on the VHR, including provisioning external staff to access HiiP VHR IT application systems, access to HiiP VHR IT platforms as part of the opt-in process, coordinating and delivering end to end support for external agency staff requiring system access and facilitating regular user access audits ensuring provisioning processes are efficient, compliant and responsive to operational needs, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
