Join a team of land management professionals who value collaboration and partnership in the design and delivery of land management plans for public land in Victoria. We are looking for a environmental management professional who would like to contribute to the enhancement and protection public land in Victoria.
The Project Officer is part of the Forest and Fire Strategic Planning Frameworks unit, within the Policy and Knowledge Division. As the Project Officer you will lead and support the development of key planning processes and frameworks for forest and fire planning. This includes developing and refining planning frameworks, systems and processes; enabling the delivery of regional forest and fire management planning processes; contributing to the delivery of state-wide planning products and working with specialist teams to integrate new knowledge and evidence into environmental planning and decision making.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
This is a fixed term position until 19 May 2028. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
