This is a 0.4 FTE Part Time, Fixed Term position until 30 June 2027
About the Role
The Part Time Project Officer provides project management support, responds to stakeholder queries, supports delivery of training and secretariat support for the implementation of Child Link.
This position will also work collaboratively across teams in the Victorian Child Information Sharing Branch of the Child Safety Division and the broader Department to ensure work is aligned and to create a positive and productive work culture.
Please note that successful applicant is required to apply for a Working with Children Check prior to commencement in the role and is required to meet the cost of this check.
Attributes
To be successful, you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communications skills and project management experience in preparing a range of project monitoring documentation, progress reports and briefings. An understanding of the Information Sharing and MARAM reforms and Child Link, is also highly relevant.

The Child Safety Division sits within Early Childhood Education group. The division leads a range of child safety initiatives, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, to promote child wellbeing and safety. The division contributes to onboarding and change management activities for the early childhood system reforms.
