About the Role
The role is fixed term full time until 1 March 2027.
The Project Officer will work as part of a high performing team responsible for supporting building and plumbing industries ahead of new building electrification requirements commencing in 2027. Under the new Building Electrification Regulations, all new residential and most new commercial buildings must be built as all-electric and existing gas hot water systems in residential buildings must be replaced with electric appliances at end-of-life. This position will provide high level project support, ensuring that project deliverables, outcomes and plans are implemented effectively, working in consultation with project staff and key external stakeholders.
